Priced per resolved case.
These are the figures of the current pilot programme, not a market price and not a commitment to hold them. We publish them so a conversation can start from numbers instead of a call.

The unit
What exactly is one Resolve allowance?
One machine-only case. Not an API credit, not a lookup, not a minute.
| Inside one allowance | Limit |
|---|---|
| Voice attempts | up to 2 |
| Total talk time across those attempts | up to 8 min |
| Digital messages | up to 2 |
| Lookups and registry reads | included in quota |
| Monitoring of watched parties | included in quota |
What you are charged for, precisely
An allowance is spent when
a provider accepts the first communication attempt on a case. Once per case, whether or not anybody answers — because the attempt is what costs money.
An allowance is not spent when
a case ends without an accepted attempt; when you only looked something up; when monitoring raised an alert; or when our own infrastructure retried.
You are told before, not after
Every paid case is quoted first — amount, currency and tariff version, valid 15 minutes — and the quote is a hard maximum. An unknown price means no dispatch, not an estimate.
If a supplier's price doubles
the cap stops new actions until the quote is refreshed. You never finance a hidden retry storm; that cost lands on us and opens an incident.
